Leadership Development for the Facilities Manager

Each year TEFMA runs a 6 day residential course in Management Development for Facilities Managers. The course in 2009 will focus on leadership development and will be run by Metanoa, Change and Process facilitators at Aitken Hill, Melbourne. TEFMA/OPUS offer a scholarship for a TEFMA member to attend the course each year. The course will be run from Sunday 15th August to Friday 20th August 2010

The target audience for the program are TEFMA members who are currently in middle management positions within their organisations. Further information on the course can be obtained via the links below.

APPA

APPA in the United States of America provides a number of programs at the Leadership Academy to progress the development of members in the field of Facilities Management. The Maurie Pawsey/TAC Scholarship is available to TEFMA members to apply for financial support to attend one of their programs. Applications are called for in July each year.

FMA
