Annually, TEFMA ordinarily conducts two workshops\courses in Australasia,
one in Australia and a second in New Zealand. These workshops complement
the Annual Conference programmes and are used to explore emerging
or topical issues facing Facilities Managers. The workshops are
run over a period of two days.
TEFMA members often attend or provide formal presentations at other
associations such as SCUP or FMA, thereby developing broader professional
links within the Facilities Management/ Property industry sectors.
TEFMA members currently receive member rates for FMA workshops.

The goal of the workshop is to develop benchmarking and reporting guidelines for Tertiary Education Facility Managers in relations climate change strategies.
Presenters at the Workshop will include leading and experienced practitioners from within the sector ensuring that participants will return to their institutions with a good understanding of what needs to be done, and some practical examples to draw upon.
