Our 2019 Maurie Pawsey Scholarship winner Bibiana Uzabeaga from University of Canberra is undertaking unique research to understand the impact of gender balance in the Facilities Management (FM) profession. This study is part of her scholarship and PhD research topic.

Input from FM Professionals is valuable and essential to evaluate the current gender base constraints and propose strategies that can be implemented in the FM industry to address gender inequality issues.
