Register Now for the Campus Services Workshop
Registration is now open for the TEFMA Campus Services Workshop.
On behalf of the Local Organising Committee we are pleased to invite you to join us for the first TEFMA workshop for 2019 which is being held in sunny Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast on 25 - 26 March.
The workshop will look at the provision of campus services through various delivery models, particularly outsourced and hybrid contracts. It will cover the life-cycle of service delivery, including initial decision-making and cost benefit analysis, contract development and management, transitioning into (and out of) contracts, and managing the workforce required to support service delivery.
This workshop will be of particular interest to directors of facilities and estates management, campus and facilities managers, project and program managers, contract managers and procurement managers and specialists, and anyone else involved in the delivery of campus services.
