Build your Knowledge, Build your Network

Dear Colleagues,

As we approach the end of the academic and calendar year of 2025, I have no doubt everyone will be busy through to February 2026 undertaking campus improvement works.

The new Board members introduced in the last newsletter are settling in well and have been assigned to a TEFMA Committee.  The Committee composition is:

TEFMA 2025

On behalf of the TEFMA Board I would like to extend our appreciation to all those that were able to attend our annual TEFMA Conference in Brisbane in September.  We reached a record milestone with over 550 delegates attending, a fantastic outcome reflecting the value our annual conference provides to our members.  The feedback has been extremely positive, and we wish to warmly thank the organising committee, our keynote speakers and session presenters, our conference organiser, our exhibitors and sponsors, and all delegates. Thank you also to the institutions in Brisbane who hosted a number of site tours across the Conference days.

We are reviewing all feedback received following the Conference to ensure learnings inform the success of future TEFMA events.  The Education Services Committee has already started making arrangements for the 2026 workshops and the TEFMA 26 Conference in Melbourne next September.

Scholarships and Awards

Congratulations to all Scholarship and Award winners announced at the TEFMA Wilson Security TEFMA Clever Campus Gala dinner in Brisbane:
