Commencing professional life as a biomedical researcher, Katharine is now an experienced operations and infrastructure development manager with over 20 years’ experience in the Australian higher education sector. Katharine was a TEFMA Maurie Pawsey scholarship recipient, travelling to leading institutions across the UK, Europe and Scandinavia in 2025 to study lab sustainability initiatives in action.
