We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to help convert the institution's strategic direction, long-term capital plant and operational requirement into strategic asset management objectives and strategies. You will take the lead in the planning, delivery and maintenance of the University's asset management and maintenance plans for its built asset portfolio including our award-winning building The Pā.

Known internally as the Facilities Asset Manager, you will be an integral member of the Facilities Operations team who are responsible for maintaining safe and secure physical spaces that enable learning and teaching, research and innovation, and support the student experience.

Salary will be provided based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week) based on our Hillcrest Campus.
