2024 TEFMA Benchmark Insights Publication
The TEFMA 2024 Benchmark and Insights publication, with contextual narrative, is based on analysis and trends of Australasian Higher Educational institutional performance across the calendar year 2023. The report provides oversight of performance indicators including Built Environment, Sustainability, Capital Expenditure, Operational Expenditure and Space Utilisation.
The annual TEFMA benchmark survey and reporting tool enables institutional members to trend data of interest. This benchmark insights publication is available only to members through the Community Portal here.
