TEFMA Strategic Plan
TEFMA is dedicated to enabling tertiary education institutions to integrate property into their institutional strategic plans thereby optimising the development and utilisation of land and property as a strategic resource.
The TEFMA board took a broad scan of our market position, vision, mission and purpose and developed this new plan and strategic priorities based on the current and forecast environments, member expectations and sector need. Valuable insights were received from many Institutional Members and Business Partners, and the Board wished to acknowledge and thank those who contributed.
Our five new strategic pillars seek to address the issues and opportunities identified as priorities for TEFMA, and an Activity Plan has been developed to aid the Board's direction and performance management in our endeavours to deliver against the objectives of each pillar. Accountability will be driven through the TEFMA Committee structure on a monthly basis and at quarterly Board meetings. Regular updates on progress will be published in the TEFMA Newsletter series and at TEFMA events during the year.
We invite all members to review the strategic plan and engage with us to collaboratively deliver success for TEFMA through the achievement of our stated objectives. We welcome feedback and new ideas to engage our community and add value to our membership.
