TEFMA provides a number of Awards that cater for a range of disciplines and levels working in the tertiary education FM sector.
TEFMA Excellence Awards
1. Woods Bagot Institution of the Year Award
Sponsored by Woods Bagot, this award recognised outstanding professional practice by a member institution in an aspect of higher education property, sustainability and / or facilities management.
2. Practitioner of the Year Award
This award recognises outstanding professional practice by a member in any aspect of higher education property and / or facilities management.
4. Emerging Professional Award
This award acknowledges promising future leaders in the sector, recognising a member of age 30 or less that has had a positive influence in the management of property and /or facilities of a member institution.
4. GJK Diversity Award
Sponsored by GJK Facilities Services, this award recognises a positive contribution made by an organisation or individual/team that demonstrates a holistic and long-term commitment to diversity within the education industry.
5. AECOM Innovation Award
Sponsored by AECOM, this award recognised innovation in outstanding professional practice by a member instiution or individual in any aspect of higher education property and facilities maangement.
6. Capital Insight Project Management Award
Sponsored by Capital Insight, this award recognises outstanding project management practice by a member institution or individual that demonstrates a holistic, collaborative and innovative approach to project management.
7. Schneider Electric Sustainability Award
Sponsored by Schneider Electric, the Sustainability Award recognises and promotes the positive contribution made by an individual or organisation that demonstrates a holisitc and long-term committment to sustainability within the education industry.
