Justin Hanlon is Director of Capital Works at the University of Tasmania, where he leads the delivery of major infrastructure projects that are reshaping the University’s campuses across the state. With more than two decades of experience in capital development and project management, Justin brings expertise in planning, design, and construction of large and complex facilities. His leadership is central to delivering the University’s ambitious Campus Transformation program, ensuring projects are sustainable, accessible and innovative.
Poppy Fay is Director of Campus Futures at the University of Tasmania, where she leads the design, engagement, relocation and change processes that shape the University’s future campuses. With more than two decades of experience in strategy, research, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery, Poppy brings expertise in guiding complex change and developing place-based campus strategies. Her leadership is central to ensuring new and refurbished facilities reflect the University’s mission, meet staff and student needs, and connect deeply with Tasmania’s communities.
