TRCB was formed in 2018 – a merger of three established architectural studios: Taylor Robinson (since 1995), Chaney Architecture (since 2014) and Broderick Architects (since 1972). TRCB is a multidisciplinary practice delivering architectural, urban design and interiors projects.

As a design studio, we have completed work in a variety of sectors, but we offer particular experience in the areas of tertiary education, civic, retail, commercial and hospitality projects.

This expertise extends beyond architectural commissions to planning and urban design roles on numerous major developments throughout Western Australia.

At TRCB we endeavour to create solutions and environments that are flexible, sustainable, highly functional and inspirational. Our successes have been built on the relationships that we have nurtured and enjoyed with our clients over many years.

Our education design work is led by directors Fred Chaney and Eamon Broderick supported by a team of architects specialising in education projects.
Our portfolio of completed projects includes libraries, learning spaces of all kinds, sports facilities, science laboratories , administration buildings as well as masterplans and the design of outdoor spaces for universities. Our focus is on the connection between the places we design and their impact on learning and research.
