TEFMA is pleased to announce the first workshop for 2019 will take place on 25 - 26 March on the Sunshine Coast.
We invite our members and business partners to be a part of a thought leading two day conversation that will look at provision of campus services through various delivery models, particularly outsourced and hybrid contracts. Using case studies, the workshop will cover the life-cycle of service delivery, including initial decision-making and cost benefit analysis, contract development and management, transitioning into (and out of) contracts, and managing the workforce required to support service delivery.
